Players train in 20-foot-high cages with HitTrax analytics, bullpen mounds, and live simulation capabilities. The weight room, built with input from Yankees strength staff, includes force plates, sleds, and premium equipment for full-body performance. The facility is air-conditioned and features a parent lounge with high-speed Wi-Fi for a comfortable, connected experience.

Batting CagesAlpha features two state-of-the-art luxury batting cages with 20-foot ceilings, giving players the space to swing freely and track real ball flight. These cages can be merged into one large tunnel to host live at-bats and game-speed simulations.
Each cage is outfitted with:- Hack Attack pitching machines
- HitTrax technology for instant swing analytics
- Full bullpen mounds for pitching development
- High-speed video, tees, and essential drill equipment

Weight RoomAlpha’s weight room was designed in consultation with former New York Yankees strength staff to deliver a true pro-level training environment.
